Together, we will explore your values, set goals, identify challenges getting in your way, and make an actionable plan so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence. During each session, we might discuss psychological concepts (e.g., why you're procrastinating a conversation with your colleague), learn effective strategies (e.g., how to set boundaries with difficult people), and practise those strategies (i.e., by role-playing a difficult conversation).

Personal and professional life are often deeply intertwined, which is why you can feel free to bring your whole self to our sessions. As we work together, I'll challenge you to think differently and empower you to take action so that you can become the person you want to be.​​
Are we a good fit?
Research suggests that the biggest predictor of your success when seeking psychological support is how well you and your psychologist get along! It's important to find someone who you feel comfortable with, and who feels comfortable working with the challenges you want to overcome. My approach is honest, personable, and good-humoured. I like to ensure that my sessions include a balance of insightful self-reflection and practical solutions that you can take forward to improve your life.​ I enjoy working with people who are on a journey of self-discovery and who are ready for change, who aren't afraid of trying something new, and are prepared to put in the work. You'll be most successful with me if you are open-minded, honest, and understand that no psychologist can "fix" your life overnight. But we can hold you accountable to your goals, and empower you to make the changes necessary to create the life you want.

How it Works
You don't need a referral or any fancy paperwork to see me - just get in touch and we can discuss your goals and next steps. Please note, this means that I do not accept GP referrals (Mental Health Care Plans), so you won't be able to access a Medicare rebate.

My services are delivered via Video or Phone call, which means you can book in from anywhere in Australia as long as you have a device with internet access! You don't have to download any special software - we will use Google Meet or WhatsApp for our sessions.​​
I offer packages of sessions at a discounted rate, or you can book one session at a time for the full fee. Contact me to request a a generic fee schedule or I we can discuss your unique circumstances and I can provide a specific quote.
All terms and conditions will be discussed with you and sent to you in writing before you pay for your first session. If you have any questions - just ask! We can get to know each other over a free 15 min call before you book and pay, because I want you to start your first session with confidence and excitement, not trepidation.​

2. Tell Me About Your Goals
We'll chat over a 15 min call where you can tell me more about your goals, and I can answer any questions and explain next steps.
3. Book Your First Session
When you're ready to go ahead, I'll send you some basic intake forms, an invoice, and booking link. You'll then complete the forms, pay the invoice, and book your first session.
4. Attend Your Scheduled Session
We'll meet at your scheduled time via video or phone call, and spend the first session unpacking your challenges and goals and making a plan for our future sessions.
