Overcome challenges, improve your wellbeing, or work towards a personal or professional goal with flexible, online, one-on-one psychology sessions. Together, we will explore your values, set goals, identify challenges getting in your way, and make an actionable plan so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence. During each session, we might discuss psychological concepts (e.g., why you're procrastinating a conversation with your colleague), learn effective strategies (e.g., how to set boundaries with difficult people), and practise those strategies (i.e., by role-playing a difficult conversation).

Personal and professional life are often deeply intertwined, which is why you can feel free to bring your whole self to our sessions. As we work together, I'll challenge you to think differently and empower you to take action so that you can become the person you want to be.​​
Are we a good fit?
Research suggests that the biggest predictor of your success when seeking psychological support is how well you and your psychologist get along! It's important to find someone who you feel comfortable with, and who feels comfortable working with the challenges you want to overcome. Everyone has different values and preferences - how well do ours align?

My Approach
My approach is honest, personable, and good-humoured. I like to ensure that my sessions include a balance of insightful self-reflection and practical solutions that you can take forward to improve your life.​ I enjoy working with people who are on a journey of self-discovery and who are ready for change, who aren't afraid of trying something new, and are prepared to put in the work. You'll be most successful with me if you are open-minded, honest, and understand that no psychologist can "fix" your life overnight. But we can hold you accountable to your goals, and empower you to make the changes necessary to create the life you want.

How it Works
I like to keep things simple, because I believe psychology should be easy to access and fees should be transparent. Here's how I operate:

You don't need a referral or any fancy paperwork to see me - just get in touch and we can discuss your goals and next steps. Please note, this means that I do not accept GP referrals (Mental Health Care Plans), so you won't be able to access a Medicare rebate.

I offer packages at a discounted rate, or you can book one session at a time for my full fee of $190 per 60 mins. If you buy 3 sessions up front, you get a 10% discount. If you buy more than 3 sessions, you get a 15% discount. I offer packages to help incentivise you to stick with your goals and give you the best chance at creating meaningful change.

I offer flexibility with time and duration of sessions to suit your preferences. You can choose to see me for anywhere between 40 - 90 mins, and I have availability after business hours, and on Saturdays. The fee will be adjusted to the duration you choose.

My services are delivered via Video or Phone call, which means you can book in from anywhere in Australia as long as you have a device with internet access! You don't have to download any fancy software - we will use Google Meet or WhatsApp for our sessions.​​
- All terms and conditions will be discussed with you and sent to you in writing before you pay for your first session. If you have any questions - just ask! We can get to know each other over a free 15 min call before you book and pay, because I want you to start your first session with confidence and excitement, not trepidation.​

Fees
My fee is $190 for 60 mins when you book a single session.
(yes, you get the full 60 mins, not 50 mins)

A 10% discount applies when you buy 3 sessions up front, which equals $171 per hour.
A 15% discount applies when you buy 4-10 sessions up front, which equals $161.50 per hour.
For less or more time, I charge on a pro-rated basis, so a single session of 90 mins would be $285, and for 40 mins it would be $126.50.

I run my business exclusively online, so I don't pay fees for room hire

I have minimal admin, as I don't do report writing or take GP referrals

I charge a rate that reflects my status as an early-career psychologist

I want psychology to be more affordable for private clients (who don't have a GP referral)
