About me

I'm a registered psychologist with a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and a passion for empowering people to create a life they love. I've helped more than 10,000 students and professionals improve the way they work, live, and study by sharing evidence-based strategies that help people achieve their potential. Across my career, I have used psychometric assessments to recruit for high-risk roles, trained 200+ leaders to better support their teams, and coached professionals in high-stress roles as they recover from burnout. I am now offering one-on-one psychological services to the general public, so you can live a fulfilling life and achieve your goals.

​I provide evidence-based support to teenagers and adults who want to grow professionally or personally. I see adults online in my private practice, and teens in collaboration with OutsideIn Teen. My approach uses a blend of therapeutic and coaching techniques to help clients overcome challenges and thrive. My priority is to empower clients to create the life they want, while offering flexibility and personalised services that fit each individual's lifestyle.
